In line with the transformation of our business model, at Plusmo we have updated our brand architecture and image. The new iso-logotype is inspired by the idea of infinite solutions that take shape when connecting with the customer. The infinity symbol is organically embedded within the logo.
“This new approach enhances the Plusmo brand, which is how both our customers and suppliers refer to the company”, explains Gabriel Chapt, CEO of Plusmo, who says: “The previous name (Plusmobile) was somewhat long and too tied to mobile technology. In contrast, Plusmo is trendier, better reflects our current range of solutions, and is more relatable to people”, he explains.
The rebranding also impacts our website and social media communications. Essentially, it is linked to a change in how we present our services: instead of focusing on the technology itself, the emphasis is on the needs that Plusmo helps businesses to solve.
Diversification and Dynamism
Recently, Plusmo has diversified its business model, and we now have four units focused on the following areas:
This diversification also extends geographically: we are currently implementing RCS (Rich Communication Services) solutions in Spain, and in France, we are developing proof-of-concept projects for MobileID, aimed at preventing fraud and ensuring that the customer contacting us is the actual owner of the phone line.
Reliable Connections
From now on, the brand’s proposition, embodied in its new iso-logotype, is about facilitating connections in the broadest sense (easy connections, both between things and people) and providing reliable solutions to meet organizational needs.
Regarding the changes, María Laura Grillo, a specialist in Brand Strategy and Design who led this project, commented: “Plusmo's new color scheme was strategically chosen to address the brand’s various approaches. In this sense, warm colors represent marketing-oriented solutions, while cool colors symbolize security technology solutions”.
She explains that this color combination aims to convey a sense of continuous innovation, setting us apart from competitors in the category with a highly disruptive palette. “Additionally, the logo features an infinity symbol, representing connectivity and continuous advancements, forming a ‘plus’ sign that complements the PLUSmo brand”, she adds.
In addition to the name and color changes, the rebranding includes several enhancements in brand architecture, visual identity, and communication. “These changes are intended to offer a renewed perception aligned with the constant innovation at Plusmo,” Grillo concludes, with Chapt adding: “This rebranding not only reflects an aesthetic change but also an evolution in the company’s mission to offer innovative technological solutions that improve users’ lives”.
