Plusmo Joins GSMA Open Gateway as Channel Partner to Advance Mobile Identity Through Network APIs

Plusmo, a leading provider of trusted digital communication and mobile identity solutions, has joined the GSMA Open Gateway initiative as a Channel Partner. The collaboration marks an important step in Plusmo Protect’s mission to make mobile communication safer, smarter, and more accessible for businesses and users alike.

The GSMA Open Gateway is a global framework of network APIs that provides universal access to operator capabilities across mobile networks. By joining this initiative, Plusmo Protect will help accelerate the adoption of network APIs globally, enabling companies to enhance identity verification, user authentication, and fraud prevention through secure, standardized interfaces.

The GSMA Open Gateway program now includes more than 80 mobile operator groups, representing 292 networks and over 80% of mobile connections worldwide. By bringing together operators from around the globe, the initiative enables the design of digital products that operate seamlessly across devices, regions, and networks. Its service APIs are available through CAMARA, an open-source project by the Linux Foundation and a core component of the Open Gateway framework.
