As the reports went on, they all said that David Yates would return to direct Half-Blood Prince. This is now FALSE as MuggleNet have revieved word from Warner Bros that they are still looking for a director to helm the sixth Potter movie.

Ain't It Cool News have posted a short description of the Order of the Phoenix trailer that will be in front of Happy Feet coming November 17. Although its short, it does match some similar comments from previous reports.

More rumours continue to circulate about the Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince film.This time Production Weekly is stating that the director of the fifth film, David Yates, will also be directing the sixth Potter film.Until confirmed, please consider this a rumour.Thanks to MN.

WB have stated that the recent description of the trailer for Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix is not accurate for the trailer that will be released on the 17th (one week!) with Happy Feet.However, it may be a description of a different trailer.Thanks to MuggleNet.

Voting is now open for the "public award" category in this years British Academy of Film & Television Arts' children's film and TV awards (BAFTA's). Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire is one of 10 movies to be nominated in the "Feature Film" caegory.Go and vote here (but only once ) and the awards will take place on Sunday 26th November in London.

Dark Horizons states that Access Hollywood is reporting that Michael Hoffman is in talks with Warner Bros to become the director for Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince.An official announcement is expected sometime before Christmas.As soon as we have confirmation on this, we will let you know!
